Each studio has an independent heat and AC source. The two larger spaces have skylights
and ceiling fans. Our new shop "The Glass Elevator" is also available for party rentals.
Common space
Each rental includes the use of the lobby, hallways, rest rooms and a small kitchen. The building and wash rooms
are handicapped accessible.

Rent Our Warm and Inviting Space!
Our History: Originally a stable, our building was beautifully restored in 1998. Some unique features of the interior include wooden ceiling trusses, exposed brick walls and a skylight that runs the entire length of the building. For the past 16 years we have housed many dance companies, theatre groups, dance students and independent artists. During this time we began hosting parties of all kinds. Anything from a sophisticated art opening to a wild midlife birthday bash. What do they have in common? Everyone had a great time!
